Gawd,phone calls always make me apprehensive and uptight. It's rarely anyone I want to hear from but rather telemarketer scammers or my case worker who means well but isn't always the most pleasant individual to be around. (Ever meet someone you don't have a reason to be adversarial towards but you clash with their personality anyway? I feel like I'm in that situation now.)
